The Lands and Infrastructure
Iori Farms, founded in 2022, stretches across 1,200 hectares of farmland. Two reservoirs—one with a capacity of 25,000 m³ and another of 43,000 m³—ensure essential irrigation, both replenished by water pumped from the Iori River. To power its warehouse and drip irrigation system, the farm has developed a 1.75 MW electricity grid.

The core team of agronomists and field experts share knowledge on modern agricultural practices, enhancing efficiency and production. The company is committed to positive socio-economic impacts in the region, with a focus on gender balance and inclusivity. Women make up 40% of the workforce, and 35% of all employees are from local ethnic minority groups.
